Train and guide nursing staff in clinical procedures, patient care, hygiene standards, and safety protocols. Conduct regular training sessions, skill assessments, and performance evaluations. Ensure nursing staff follows hospital/home-care standards and maintains quality patient care. Support new nursing staff with onboarding and practical training.
Degree or Diploma in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing preferred).
Experience in nursing training or clinical supervision.
Strong knowledge of patient care, medical procedures, and safety standards
Good communication and teaching skills.
Provide professional physiotherapy treatment to patients at home or center. Assess patient condition, create personalized treatment plans, and perform therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and pain relief. Maintain patient progress records and ensure quality care as per medical guidelines.
Experience in clinical or home-care physiotherapy.
Knowledge of rehabilitation exercises and pain management.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
